WrenchRep LLC operates WrenchRep, a nationwide review platform for automotive mechanics, headquartered in Miami, FL. Our goal is simple: reputation should belong to the person doing the work, not just the shop they happen to work at.
Most review platforms tie ratings to a business — a shop, a franchise, a storefront. If a great mechanic leaves that shop or goes independent, their reputation stays behind.
A mechanic creates a free profile and generates a unique job ticket after completing work. That ticket — a code or QR — is handed to the customer, who can then leave a verified review tied directly to that real, completed job. Reviews submitted without a ticket are still allowed, but are clearly labeled unverified and don't count toward the mechanic's star rating.
We don't perform or supervise repair work, and we don't independently verify a mechanic's licensing, insurance, or certifications — those are self-reported, with certification numbers displayed so a customer can check them directly with the issuing organization.
